Job Title: Dishwasher

Time: Part-Time and Full-Time

Reports to: Kitchen Manager/Owner


Summary of Position:

This position is responsible for washing and cleaning all tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. This position also keeps the dish room and equipment clean and organized.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Load, run and unload the dish machine.

• Keep the dish machine clean and report and functional or mechanical problems immediately.

• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.

• Keep dish room clean and organized.

• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.

• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.

• Clean food preparation and production areas as required.

• Be available to fill in as needed and directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.

• Prep assigned items. Measure and assemble ingredients and prepare recipes and menu items in accordance with Sinatra’s Restaurant recipes.


• No previous restaurant experience required.

• Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time.

• Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

• Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks (up to 50lbs) many times per shift.



Title: Experienced Line Cook

Time: Part-Time/Full-Time

Reports to:  Kitchen Manager/Owner


Summary of Position:

This position is responsible for preparing culinary delights for our guests, and daily preparations of food items in the pantry, and other areas of the kitchen.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sets up stations according to restaurant guidelines.

• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.

• Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.

• Keep kitchen and dish room clean and organized.

• Restocks all items as directed.

• Cleans and maintains food preparation and production areas throughout the shift.

• Clean food preparation and production areas as required.

• Performs additional responsibilities as requested by Chef, Sous Chef or Owner at any time.


• Previous prep or line cook experience a must.

• Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.

• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.

• Professional communication skills are required.

• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.

• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure


• Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized.
